I am a West Michigan HR transplant, recently relocated to the Boston metro area. I have been fortunate enough to take up a temporary residence, which is located along the Charles River therefore the name HR by the Charles.
I have an opinion about the world of HR but I also have lots of questions. And don’t be surprised if I just ramble…it happens. With this blog, I am hoping to examine my own HR “world view”, listen and learn from others about their HR perspective, and ask a lot of questions.
